Baycrest Sales Services are instrumental during the preliminary stages of the home buying process. They are there to understand, guide and assess your needs as you make one of the most important buying decisions of your life. Whether you need assistance in selecting the home that’s right for you or have questions regarding financial obligations, warranty and maintenance procedures or the legal components of home ownership. Our sales consultants will be there to provide you with the answers you’ll need to make the right decision for you and your family.

Baycrest Sales Office / Design Centre
Shortly after reviewing the Homebuyers Resource link, we welcome you to browse through our Sales Office Monday to Thursday and on weekends where you’ll be able to touch, feel and look at an exceptional range of standard products, installations and finishes and as well as a variety of upgrades. Whether you have already envisioned the interior finishes of your home or are still searching this is a great opportunity to ask questions and take notes. Browsing with all these options will give you and your family the necessary time and opportunity to plan and create your home to your style and taste. Additionally, our design consultants will be available to answer your questions over the phone so that you can be better prepared prior to your official design appointment. Together with our design consultants we look forward to assisting you in the creation of your dream home.
Baycrest Customer Service – When your home is at the final stages of construction, a member of Baycrest Customer Services team will contact you to schedule your Pre-delivery Inspection or PDI. The purpose is to take you on a room-by-room orientation of your new home and to ensure that we have built it as specified. Customer service doesn't end after you move in. If anything is not quite right with your home, do not hesitate to call us, because our representatives are here to make certain you are happy with your new home purchase.
